MAKE A MOTIVATIONAL DIFFERENCE IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT.
Greatness is a task setout for all, but only few individuals with a dynamic difference achieve this task. I believe you are one, see it and grab it. The only difference between ordinary and extra-ordinary is the prefix extra that is attached to the word ordinary. What ever course you have enrolled to school to study is not your total achievement. You’ve been destined for greatness. You have to understand that the only person that can stop you from being that which you have desired to be is (YOU).
If Wilma who was born paralyzed will be the fastest Olympics runner in the world in 1960. Then nothing is a barrier to your achievement. If the blind Fanny Crosby can compose wonderful hymns like BLESSED ASSURRANCE and PASS ME NOT OH GENTLE SAVIOR…, If Raymond Dokpesi after several discouragements could launch RAYPOWER FM-station and take a further step to launch African independent television (AIT) in the united states. If it could take Noah Webster 36years to complete the Webster dictionary. If Colonel Sanders after being rejected a thousand and six times could still TRY, and achieve KENTURKEY FRIED CHICKEN which is sold over 80 countries in the world today. If Richard Branson a school drop out within 30years could build a business empire worth 1.6 billion pounds which comprises of (virgin mega-store, virgin radio, virgin holiday, virgin cinema, virgin cola, virgin finance, virgin train, virgin hotels, virgin braids, VIC cosmetics and the popular virgin airline you and I know). Then beloved, brothers and sisters of UST you can do even better. Every one has talents, what is hard is the courage to follow the talent to where it leads. You cannot change your actions until you change your mind and thinking faculty. Be motivational and affect your environment positively. Do not give up. Remember Professor BB Fakae our own VC. Has stated it clear that “you must be good to come in as a student, good to stay and good to go out” in other to make our Alma Mater a proud one. Bear in mind that those who are regarded as failures today failed because they gave up too soon. I believe in you, for with God all things are possible. UST is not only a great school but you and I are also part of these greatness with a Bright future.
